Pick-up and Delivery Information

Donation Pickup:

Please be advised that delivery is unavailable for donation under 11 cases (1-11 cases) 

  • The Union does not have coolers for organizational use outside of the Kansas Union or Burge Union. If your event takes place in either Union, a cooler will be provided.
  • The pickup location will be at the Kansas Union - The Market on the 3rd floor. 
  • Please contact The Market 48 hours prior to pickup day (785-864-2412)
  • Market Hours: Monday - Saturday 9:00am-6:00pm | Sunday Closed 

 

Donation Delivery: 

Please be advised that delivery is available for donation over 12 cases (12- or more cases) 

  • The Union does not have coolers for organizational use outside of the Kansas Union or Burge Union. If your event takes place in either Union, a cooler will be provided. 
  • To schedule your delivery please contact Kinley Jackson (785-393-8164) 
  • KU Catering Hours Monday - Saturday 7:00am-7:00pm | Sunday Closed
