Assessment and Planning
Provides oversight and support for assessment projects, strategic planning, and annual reporting efforts across all Student Affairs departments. Partners with various campus stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives supporting student success.
Center for Sexuality and Gender Diversity
Advocates for livability, fosters wellness, critically educates, and creates connections with and for queer and trans students, faculty, and staff alongside the broader KU community to build a community.
Counseling and Psychological Services
Provides individual and group therapy, psychiatry services, outreach and peer support, training for students in mental health, and consultation through multidisciplinary professionals to the KU community.
Emily Taylor Center for Women and Gender Equity
Seeks to engage and empower members of the KU and Lawrence community to act in ways that promote intersectional feminist change through expansive programming around gender and identity.
Health Education Resource Office
Source for KU community wellness education through partnerships that create and support innovative approaches for achieving optimal health and maximizing academic and professional success.
Hilltop Child Development Center
Provides care to KU and the Lawrence Community for over 300 children per day and serve over 250 families. Hilltop is the only nationally accredited (NAEYC) early childhood development center in Douglas County.
KU Memorial Unions
Serves as the campus community center and the heart of campus.
KU Recreation Services
Provides sports clubs, intramurals, outdoor recreational fields, group fitness and personal training to make you healthy and happy. Home to the David A. Ambler Student Recreation and Fitness Center.
KU Student Housing
Responsible for providing leadership to all on-campus housing for over 5000 students living in a variety of communities that include nine residence halls, three apartment buildings, and twelve scholarship halls.
Legal Services for Students
Provides quality confidential legal advice, advocacy, representation, and education that supports student success. Licensed, experienced attorneys and legal interns handle civil and criminal issues unique to students.
Office of Multicultural Affairs
Provides social justice education for KU students to critically examine the intersections of identity, equity, accessibility, and impact. Offers programming to center community-building, liberation, and joy of students with marginalized identities.
Sexual Assault Prevention and Education Center
Promotes social change and the elimination of sexual violence through prevention education, inclusive programming, and campus wide collaboration.
Sorority and Fraternity Life
Coordinates the efforts of KU’s social fraternities and sororities and governing councils: Interfraternity Council (IFC), Multicultural Greek Council (MGC), National Pan-Hellenic Council and Panhellenic Association.
Student Conduct and Community Standards
Works with students and the university community to resolve conflicts and address non-academic misconduct. Creates holistic learning environments through inclusive conflict excellence and education focused on community membership and standards.
Student Involvement and Leadership Center
Oversees campus student organizations; supports student leadership development, provides student engagement opportunities, and offers resources for non-traditional students.
Student Support and Case Management
Provides individualized support services to students experiencing barriers to their success. Meet with students to address academic, financial, health and other needs and assist in connecting students to available campus and community resources.
Watkins Health Services
Provides comprehensive and affordable outpatient healthcare by licensed professionals in a nationally accredited facility.
