Stephanie Price Named KU Student Affairs May Employee of the Month
Congratulations to the May Student Affairs Employee of the Month: Stephanie Price!
Stephanie serves as manager of custodial services for KU Memorial Unions. In her role, Stephanie demonstrates extensive knowledge and expertise in custodial operations and trains others in the use and care of housekeeping equipment. She helps create a positive and supportive work environment for those around her and is always willing to collaborate with teams both within and outside of Building and Event Services to ensure cleaning and event setup needs are met.
In the words of her nominator, Brian Broxterman, Director of Facilities in KU Memorial Unions: “Stephanie goes above and beyond in every aspect of her role. She doesn’t just make sure things are clean — she makes sure our spaces feel welcoming, organized, and ready for anything. She is always one step ahead, taking care of things before they become problems. What really stands out is her customer service. Stephanie is always friendly, approachable, and quick to help, no matter the situation. Overall, Stephanie makes a big impact every day, and her hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.”
