Rebekah Love Named KU Student Affairs March 2025 Employee of the Month
Congratulations to the March Student Affairs Employee of the Month: Rebekah Love!
Rebekah is a complex director in KU Housing & Residence Life. As Complex Director, Rebekah oversees the operations of the KU Scholarship Hall community—home to approximately 550 residents. In her role, she is responsible for budget oversight, programming efforts, food preparation and ordering, staff selection and training, resident concerns, and All Scholarship Hall Council advisement.
“Rebekah is a top asset to [KU Housing & Residence Life] and is often complimented by other staff members regarding her thoroughness, attention to detail and quick follow-up with resident and facility issues,” shared Rebekah’s nominator, Emily Chellgren, Assistant Director, KU Housing & Residence Life. “She has done an awesome job this year accepting the challenge of taking on [tough] parent phone calls and resident discussions, and has grown immensely through her efforts. We are so lucky to be able to call Rebekah a fellow Jayhawk! Rock Chalk!”
