The Wave the Wheat Award for Outstanding Student Affairs Professional (10+ years of service)

The Wave the Wheat Award recognizes a full-time staff member whose outstanding commitment to the profession includes the development of programs and initiatives that address the needs of students, creation of a campus environment that promotes student learning and development, and supports the mission, vision, and values of KU Student Affairs.  
 
Criteria 

• Has had at least ten (10) years of service to the profession of Student Affairs (or relevant areas). 

• Has made significant contributions to their department, Student Affairs, the University of Kansas, and/or the profession. 

• Has a record of innovative programming that has had an impact on Student Affairs and the campus environment. 

• Has demonstrated a clear commitment to the mission, vision, and values of KU Student Affairs.
