School of Education

The School of Education's Advising Center provides comprehensive academic advising services for pre-education students and those admitted to the program. The center also meets with visiting families to give them information about our programs and the professional school. Finally, the Advising Center is involved in summer orientation, Crimson & Blue Days, and is the primary recruitment resource for the School of Education.

Master's Program Assistant (brief description)

Assists with new student orientation and meets with prospective students and families visiting KU who have expressed an interest in the School of Education.  Helps with the coordination of other programs: including Crimson & Blue Days.  Recruits for the School of Education.  Advises pre-education students and those admitted to our programs.  Two-year commitment preferred.

Graduate Recruitment Coordinator (brief description)

Responsible for assisting the communications manager with graduate student inquiry management and follow up, as part of a larger graduate enrollment management improvement plan. The goal of the position will be to provide timely, accurate, friendly and consistent service to prospective graduate students as a means to increase the number, quality, and diversity of applications across the School’s programs. This position is responsible for a large breadth and depth of knowledge across academic offerings and support.
