Student-Athlete Support Services (SASS)

The Student Athlete Support Services Staff focuses all collective resources in support of the academic, personal and interpersonal development of each individual we serve. Therefore, we commit our energy and effort to these students as they pursue their undergraduate degrees at the University of Kansas.  

The Academic and Career Counseling program assists all student-athletes in exploring their career options, choosing a major and planning the appropriate course work to complete their degrees. Each sport has its own Academic Counselor who is responsible for making sure student-athletes make acceptable progress toward their degrees.

Graduate Assistant 72.5% (brief description) 

Performs assigned duties and projects in various areas of football academic support. Also, provide academic and career counseling to designated football student-athletes.
