Assistantship Application

Potential graduate assistants must apply through the Department of Human Resources web site. Please follow the instructions below to file your employment application.

  1. Go to the online job Application (Deadline January 10)
  2. Click "Apply To Job"
  3. LOGIN (if you have already registered) or if you have not already registered with KU Employment - CLICK "Register Now" where you will create a user name and password
  4. Upload your Resume, Cover Letter, and contact info for three professional references (NOT academic letters of recommendation, NOT letters of recommendation) (PDF preferred)
  5. Complete several pages of application - including contact information (name, title, address, telephone number and e-mail address) for three (3) references
  6. Include your preferences for the positions you are most interested in
  7. Click "Submit" once your application is complete with your Resume, Cover Letter and References attached.
